1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on our website or platform infringes your copyright (or that of someone you are authorized to represent), please send a written notice to our Designated Agent including all of the following:

  • Your signature (physical or electronic) confirming you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.

  • Identification of the infringing material, including enough detail for us to locate it (such as a direct URL or description).

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • Your contact information (name, mailing address, phone number, and, if available, email address).

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Actions Upon Receiving a Valid Notice

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we may:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

  • Notify the content provider that we have removed or disabled access to the material.

  • Terminate the content provider’s account if they are a repeat offender.

3. Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent that includes:

  • Your signature (physical or electronic).

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, mailing address, phone number, and (if available) email address.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where your address is located (or where BoiseCorner operates if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original infringement notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may send a copy to the original complainant and, unless they file a legal action against you, restore the material within 10–14 business days at our discretion.
